After I made my Newgrounds account in 2001, I made one here.  As time went on, my appeal for the dA format and its peculiar ways waned.  Once NG created an Art Portal, I was hooked, and closed my dA account soon after.

But times change, and having more than one opiate of internet fancy seems prudent.

Since many of my friends and favorite artists have a presence here, I'm going to try and devote some time here... another little home away from home.

I think it's the mainstream ads that weird me out here....

In recognition of all the wonderful artists I've met on Newgrounds and other sites, I decided sometime last year to have a dA account.... again.
The internet boom seems very long ago.  Up until the turn of the last century, I had been a videographer-for-hire as well as a public access TV show producer.  Unfortunately, my life has been out of sync with the times and economy, for much of my working life.
The only art left to me, is of speech, and these days, that just doesn't cut the mustard (provided you have any mustard.)
In the end, words are plentiful, deeds precious.  So I'm going to keep on doing the things I need to do to survive, and hope to teach and help others to do the same.

Okay, so I had an account here ten, eleven years ago, then dissolved it.  As of November 2011, I do again.  Consider this a courtesy account by an old, and active Newgrounds member.  Should the redesign go horribly amiss, this will be my port of call.
I wish everyone the best of everything in these unsettled times of ours.  Dedication and joy will surely live, as long as good people eschew the darkest plans of the most powerful of madmen.
